They spent about a year and a half renovating the loft space. "We had to put in new drywall, flooring, plumbing, and electrical, but being able to share the experience in finding exactly what we wanted, and adding our own creative touches was the best part!" Michelle says.

"One thing we love about our space is the open floor plan and high ceilings. The contemporary decorating style is complimented by the industrial design elements of the building itself -- exposed ceiling joists, heating ducts and sprinkler system."
