Ol' Fashioned Chicken Soup

Makes: 6 (2-cup) servings


4 chicken breasts
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 qt. water
2 cups carrots
2 cups celery
1 bag egg noodles
6 wheat crackers (on the side)
Boil or cook chicken breasts until done. Bring water to a boil, adding carrots, celery and noodles. Shred or chop chicken and add. Simmer for an hour.
