Makes: 1 Pint
4 cups chopped cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1/2 cup Fresh Herb Syrup (recipe follows) or simple syrup
Freshly squeezed lime juice
1. Puree the melon and syrup together in the work bowl of a food
processor. Put the mixture through a sieve into a medium bowl.
Add lime juice to taste.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker and freeze according
to the manufacturer’s instructions.
