Simply Soy Stir-Fry

8 ounces soy bean sprouts
1 cup edamame
1 cup firm tofu, cubed
1 green hot pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon Szechwan pepper
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce


Cut ingredients into desired sizes. Add a little oil or cooking spray of your choice to the pan. Heat pan to 375ºF/medium high heat. Add bean sprouts, edamame, tofu, and hot pepper. Stir around for 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Season with a little pepper and soy sauce. Stir around for an additional minute. Serve over rice or rice noodles.
