Makes: 4-6 servings
450g (1 lb) boneless chicken breasts
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. cornstarch blended with 5ml (1 t.) water
1 T. sunflower oil
2 T. coarsely chopped garlic
1 t. chili bean sauce
2 kiwi fruits peeled and quartered
1 t. sesame oil
Cut the chicken into ½ inch (1 cm) cubes. Combine the chicken with the garlic salt and cornstarch paste.
Prepare the other ingredients.
Heat the wok then add the oil and garlic. Stir-fry for 10 seconds and add the chicken. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the chili bean sauce and kiwi fruit. Stir and mix for 1 minute. Finally, add the sesame oil and give the mixture one good stir. Serve at once.
