What a difference a year makes...
Today is our first wedding anniversay. What a whirlwind it has been! The first few months were a breeze (a little too easy...) then came the Spring. We, like most newlyweds were stunned to find out how difficult marriage can be. We were definitely baptized in fire. And then one day, it was as if everything clicked back into place. We got to witness our relationship withstand significant hardships, and we were both so in awe of our own resilience, commitment to one another, and our ability to work on ourselves and our marriage. We are better than ever, purchased our first home, and got a dog. It's been a rollercoaster of a year-- learning to be married -- but I am definitely up for the ride!
