Young Couple!
My husband and I got married this past May 2011 when I was 18 years old and we are loving every minute of it! It has been extremely difficult being such a young married couple (it would be difficult also if we were in our 30's) but with us still in school we have faced many challenges. I lost a lot of friends because they did not approve of me getting married at such a young age, but it's times like those you find out who your real friends are. I never dated much growing up because I did not want to waste time on someone I did not picture myself being with for the rest of my life (I was pretty picky.) My family was and is very supportive of us and they knew I was ready to be married because of my maturity level. My mother always called me her "80 year old soul". Not to mention it doesn't hurt already having 2 years of college done and graduating high school at the same time! My life long dream wedding was to get married at Disney World and God blessed me so much with helping my dream come true! We had a small wedding at Disney and I got to ride in Cinderella's carriage and all! The thing that made the day though was when I got to walk down the isle and see my prince! From that day on, I could not be more thankful for any other human being than I am for my husband!
