To Enter: The Nest Organizing Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins 12:00:01 AM ET 2/18/08 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET 5/19/08. To enter, visit www.thenest.com/contests and complete the online entry form. All online entries must be received by 5/19/08 to be eligible. Limit one entry per person/email address. Entries must be complete to be eligible. You must pay normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service.

Random Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 5/20/08, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One $1,000 gift certificate to Organize.com (ARV $1,000). Gift certificate is subject to additional restrictions and an expiration date may apply. General Rules: Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection.
