Winter white is one of the chicest colors for a room out there -- here are our favorites.

We just love a room that's winter white. Why? They're utterly clean looking yet still cozy thanks to yummy rich fabrics and natural wood accents. We've found ten, from modern to nouveau traditional, that we love.

A soft-looking sweater wool-woven rug in parchment, natural wood and pillows thrown about give this window-clad living room a modern farmhouse appeal. Our other favorite trick is how the designer used two mid-century lounge chairs to create a reading corner.


An antique opium bed gives an unexpected edge to a traditional living room of laid-back cream furniture. Mixing rare antique finds and modern decor accents (the lights!) with simple furniture creates a space that's unique spin on new traditional living arrangements.
