A Pink Chandon Chandy to Heat Things Up
Spice up your date night with a palette-pleasing pink chandy champagne cocktail. This super-simple recipe involves our favorite things: champagne, plus a little heat, thanks to a garnish of jalapeño pepper. We suggest making a pitcher (yes, even for two) -- they're that delicious.
What You'll Need:
- 3oz. rosé sparkling wine
- 2oz. pink lemonade
- 2 dashes Meyer lemon bitters
- 1 slice fresh jalapeño
Step 1: Pour two-ounces of pink lemonade over ice. While a chandy is traditionally served in a rocks glass, we chose these GoVino champagne flutes for a more romantic touch on Valentine's Day.
Step 2: Add two dashes of Meyer lemon bitters--no more, no less!
Step 3: Top off with sparkling rosé--we used Chandon's rosé sparkling wine for it's fresh palette and deep pink hue.
Step 4: Garnish with a slice of fresh jalapeño for a hint of heat.
