Say Cheers with Champagne Cocktails Done 3 Ways for New Year's Eve

A French 75, a pomegranate fizz and a pineapple-coconut cocktail -- all made with champagne to toast New Year's Eve.

If it's bubbly, it's good. And a glass of champagne is already pretty great. But a girl's also gotta have her cocktails. So say cheers and toast to a new year with these three fizzy combos!

What You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Ounce gin
  • Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Champagne or sparkling wine (we used Willm Crémant d'Alsace Blanc de Noirs Brut)

Step 1: Pour the gin and the fresh-squeezed or pressed lemon juice into the glass.

Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar into the mixture.

Step 3: Top with champagne or sparkling wine, and enjoy!

Pomegranate Fizz

What You'll Need:

  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

Step 1: Add one teaspoon of pomegranate seeds to your glass.

Step 2: Add 1/2 ounce of cranberry juice and 1/2 ounce of triple sec to the glass.

Step 3: Top the mixture off with champagne or sparkling wine. Cheers!

Pineapple-Coconut Champagne

What You'll Need:

  • Simple syrup and coconut (for garnish)
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut juice blend
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

Step 1: To start, coat the top of your glass in simple syrup, then dip the edge of the glass in shredded coconut to create a coconut rim.

Step 2: Pour 1 ounce of pineapple juice and 1 ounce of coconut juice blend into your glass.

Step 3: Top with champagne or sparkling wine, and voila!
