Greek Yogurt, Honey and Nuts
The nuts are nice lightly toasted in a dry skillet, but you may be having this on an island somewhere and not have your skillet with you. This is a lovely breakfast, especially when topped with a fresh fruit cup.
Makes 1 serving
- 2 dollops of Greek Yogurt
- 1 heaped tablespoon of broken-up shelled walnut halves
- Ground cinnamon for scattering, about 2 teaspoons
Step 1: Dollop yogurt into a bowl.
Step 2: Sprinkle with walnuts, scatter on a little cinnamon, drizzle over some honey and give a final scattering of cinnamon.
