We Just Gave You a Reason to Indulge in Irish Coffee

Irish Coffee recipe
A hot, homemade Irish Coffee recipe to make for brunch this weekend.

The ideal weekend drink -- the Irish coffee. It doesn't get as much love as it should. It is after all a great brunch or post-dinner drink. It could even be considered dessert -- we adore it for that alone! Plus, it'll definitely warm you up on a cold night. What are you waiting for? Cozy up to this boozy cup o' Joe.

Step 2: Add a shot of Irish whiskey to your mug -- Jameson should do the trick.

Step 3: Measure out a teaspoon of brown sugar, and slowly stir it into the whiskey/coffee mixture. Like your java super sweet? Add a little more sugar to taste.

Step 4: Top with a heavy dose of whipped cream and a piece of crushed milk chocolate (or two or three) -- indulge all you want!
