My Partner and I Love This Mattress—And You Will Too
My mother always told me that if there's one thing I buy for my home, let it be a comfortable mattress. But of course, the first time I bought one on my own, I failed to heed her advice and wound up with a mattress that required not one, but two mattress pads to make it comfortable.
So when the opportunity to try out a mattress-in-a-box, Sapira by Leesa, came along, I jumped on the chance to relieve myself of the mattress monstrosity that had taken over my bedroom—and my ability to sleep well.
My Sapira arrived right on time in a box that I in no way could've gotten to the second floor of my building alone—so thank you to the UPS man who saved the day. Pro tip: Make sure you have a buddy to help you get the mattress where you want it. After my moving struggle, and the mattress was out of the box and on my bed frame, all I had to do was remove the plastic and let the magic happen. With a few brief pops, the mattress was ready to go.
Before making the bed with sheets, I decided to give it a try and was immediately impressed by how firm, yet soft it was.
The final test? When my long distance boyfriend came to visit, I made sure the first thing he did was try out the mattress and share his opinion– 5 stars all around. When one of us gets out of bed before the other, we don't even feel it. (Full disclosure: we are not the couple pictured in the image above).
And if the comfort doesn't quite sell you, you should know this baby is made of 100 percent American-made materials. And for every ten mattresses sold, Leesa will donate one to a shelter. Oh and there's a risk-free trial, so if you don't love it after 100 nights (as if) you can arrange a free pickup to return.
Not in the market for a new mattress? We bet you are now.
Sapira's mattresses are available in the following sizes: twin ($975), twin XL ($1,075), full ($1,275), queen ($1,475), king ($1,775), California king ($1,775). Click here for more purchasing information.
