Rhode Island Red Cocktail Recipe
The Rhode Island Red may be an American breed of chicken, but this cocktail named for it is far from farm fare. It's a refreshing sipper that's perfect for a classy end to an evening.
Makes 1 cocktail
- 2 oz Partida blanco tequila or 4 Copas Blanco
- ½ oz Chambord
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Agave syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Top with ginger beer
- 4-6 raspberries
Shake first five ingredients over crushed ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with a float of ginger beer. Garnish with raspberries on a stick and a sprig of mint.
