Cheers! A Perfectly Sweet Vanilla-Pear Cocktail Recipe
Who doesn't adore a good fall recipe? And this vanilla-pear cocktail proves that you don't need apple or pumpkin to pull it off. Serve this sweet drink for brunch or with dinner, or even sip on it after work. You can make it in less than five minutes!
What You'll Need:
- 1.5 ounces pear-flavored vodka (we used Absolut Pears)
- 1/2 cup pear juice
- 1 can La Croix Peach-Pear flavored sparkling water
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup ice
Step 1: To make one drink, pour a single shot of the vodka into a shaker, and mix it with half a cup of pear juice.
Step 2: Place the vanilla bean on a hard surface like a cutting board, and using a paring knife, slice the vanilla bean lengthwise. Then, using the knife (or even a spoon), scrape the seeds out of the inside of the vanilla bean and into the juice mixture. Shake everything to combine.
Step 3: Pour over ice into a highball glass. Top everything off by adding a splash of the flavored sparkling water to your cocktail. Now just add a straw and enjoy!
