Reese Witherspoon Is on a Real Estate Roll: Second Mansion Purchase In 2 Months
Reese Witherspoon is becoming quite the real estate mogul! Let's examine her track record: Not only did the Wild actress put her Brentwood, California, estate on the market in June for $14 million and snap up a historic fixer-upper in Nashville, Tennessee, for $1.95 million in July, but she also just bought a $12.7 million Pacific Palisades, California, pad in September.
That's two multi-million dollar mansion purchases in two months! Looks like she has some home renewal projects up her sleeve (also known as house flipping), or is just moving to a new home.
Reese and Jim Toth's pretty new Los Angeles digs have five bedrooms and five bathrooms and was previously owned by architect Ken Ungar.
This home isn't as aesthetically interesting as their Brentwood and Nashville properties -- yet -- but has definite potential with Reese's eye for design.
Take a look:
You can't have a home in the Pacific Palisades without a gorgeous pool, right?
Looks like there's lots of room for Ava, Deacon and Tennessee to play back here!
This bedroom is fairly ordinary...
... except that it has this view. NBD, right?
There's lots of decorating possibilities for such an open and sunny living room.
